Master the art of Muay Thai with a disciplined, high-impact training program. You’ll learn precise stances, fluid movement, defensive strategy, and both foundational and intermediate striking techniques. Open to all levels, the class drills intermediate and advanced tactics through pad work, contact drills, heavy-bag sessions, clinch training, and focused fight strategies. You will be trained in every weapon of Muay Thai—punches, kicks, knees, and elbows—so you leave confident, capable, and battle-ready.

In this class you’ll learn to fight smarter and harder — mastering strikes, defense, deceptive setups, and instinctive timing. Boxing sharpens your body and mind: improving both endurance and short-burst (high-intensity) power, speed, agility, and muscular endurance while forging the mental toughness this sport demands. Skill and heart are non-negotiable — thought + skill + preparation + heart = performance. You’ll train like an athlete, hone an art, and get into the best shape of your life.

This is a brutal, no-nonsense program that drags you through intense intervals on and off the gear—kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight. Expect raw, explosive, multi-directional moves that forge strength, speed, and lethal agility while hammering your anaerobic limits. Workouts are constantly flipped to shock your system, light your metabolism on fire, and keep you torching calories long after you leave. Show up ready to be broken and rebuilt stronger.

Future fighters start here—unleash the warrior within! This high-energy class for ages 7–15 teaches real Muay Thai skills from beginner to intermediate. Students train on heavy bags, sharpen techniques on Thai pads, and take on light-contact drills—all in a safe, structured environment that builds confidence, discipline, and respect. No experience needed—just bring the energy and heart!
